- We are happy to maintain a relationship of trust with our guests.
- There is no fee applied to a cancelled reservation: if received untill 5 DAYS prior to your stay.
- However, if you do not present yourself (yourselves) and/or do not inform us of your cancellation, in time, we will have to apply the following penalty: 100% of the first night + 50% of the following nights, for a total of 5 nights maximum.
- The cancelation policy is also applicable during the stay.
- For some special events (Graduation, Homecoming, etc.) the delay to make a cancelation without fees can be of 8 days before your stay. We inform you about these conditions when you make your reservation.
